Event Description

Caring too much can hurt. When your own resources are drained, it's hard to support others. Learn how to plug the holes in your emotional "bucket" and develop your resilience with positive, proactive solutions. During this session, we will learn about compassion fatigue, how does compassion fatigue impact a body, and coping techniques to reduce the effects of compassion fatigue.
