Families Come Together


Event Description

All families are different! They come in different shapes and sizes. Every child comes in bringing different family values and experiences. One of the most important things that caregivers can do is to help children feel good about the uniqueness of their family. Participants will explore ways to connect the child’s learning to their family.

Please double-check your email and phone number (and update, if necessary) on OCCRRA so that we can give you the webinar information, and send you handouts. // The call will begin 15 minutes prior to the workshop to give you time to try out the system. // Please be aware that this will be a two-hour training workshop via Zoom meeting. If you use your phone, it will use data or phone minutes, and if you do not have an unlimited plan, you will be charged by the phone company. // You will get a webinar link a few days before the event, by email. Please call Ricardo: (513) 345-6506. // In accordance with OCCRRA policy, we will be applying the following as they relate to cancellations and no-shows: // Cancellation Policy a) All training dates, times and registration procedures are subject to change at the discretion of the training entity. b) The training entity reserves the right to cancel training due to low enrollment (fewer than 5 participants), so please register early. c) Registrants who are unable to attend should contact us at least 48 hours in advance at 513-345-6566. If you do not cancel in advance of the workshop, you will be marked as a “no-show”. (see below) // No-Show Policy a) If a participant registers but fails to attend a training session and has not contacted us to cancel their registration, they will be marked as a “no-show”. b) If a participant registers but fails to attend a training session more than three times in a 6-month period, the individual will be locked out of the registration system. c) Participants who have been locked-out will be unable to register for training until the lock is removed.
