Battling Burnout: What it is, Why it Happens & Mindful Solutions (On-line)


Event Description

Beginning with understanding signs and symptoms of burnout in ourselves and others, this session will provide participants with tools for: Recognition of stress, stressors, symptoms Assessment of potential causes Multiple strategies for winning the burnout battle. Issues related to work/life balance, time management, and being mindful of social/emotional development in adults will be included. This training takes place on-line, taught by an instructor in real time. It must be attended at the scheduled date and time.

POSTPONED from Dec. 13 to Jan. 31. This session is LIVE On-Line, so registered participants are required to attend at the scheduled dates/times using Zoom. Log-On information will be emailed to registered participants within 24 hours of the scheduled date/time. Participants will be required to use Chat on Zoom to demonstrate their ongoing participation for the entire time, so should plan on being focused only on the training. Attending training online requires the same level of focused attention as attending a class in person. Please also make sure that your OCCRRA profile information, including your email address, is up-to-date so that we are able to contact you with important info, including the log-on link.
