Objective: Participants will be able to identify the reasons for documenting observations, the observations that should be documented.

Objective: After watching training videos, participants will be able to use their observations to align to the OELDS using the chart provided . Participants will begin to connect their observations to lesson planning when they provide activities that will encourage development of social emotional and cognitive domains.
