ASHI Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid training program provides an ideal training solution for schools, child care providers, youth sports coaches, and others required to learn how to respond to medical emergencies involving children and infants. This versatile program is based upon the 2015 CPR and First Aid Guidelines, Caring for Our Children, 3rd Ed; and other evidence-based treatment recommendations.
Successful completion is based on achievement of the core learning objectives rather than a prescribed instruction time.
Each participant will receive a 2-year certification card and Digital Participant Manual.
This is a BLENDED training class. A link to the online class will be sent to the email provided in your OPR from HSI/ASHI. Once completed, participants will need to register and attend a Skills Test before the deadline.
Skills testing dates are May 4th and 20th at our Miami Valley office located in the Salvation Army Kroc Center, and May 6th and 18th at our Southwest Ohio office located in Norwood.
Skills testing will be by appointment only. To schedule, please call our Central Registrar, 937-220-9660.
Should you register and not be able to attend a skills test before the deadline date, you will not be refunded your payment.
Please note, if Montgomery Co. or Hamilton Co. were to move under Ohio's infection level to PURPLE, we will be rescheduling your testing date and notifying you of the change through your OPR contact information. For questions, please contact our Central Registrar, 937-220-9660
