In this two-hour online module, you’ll learn strategies for building self-awareness of diversity and bias and developing cultural agility. You’ll also see how to create or enhance your anti-bias and culturally responsive environment to support the full inclusion of children and families of diverse backgrounds. You’ll view videos and gather resources to support your learning and future implementation. This module meets the training renewal requirement for professionals with the School-Age Professional Endorsement.
