Event Description

Empathy is the glue that binds us with others. By being able to “put ourselves in another person’s shoes,” we are able to better understand the other person’s feelings, perspective and reality. Empathy without boundaries, though, can lead us to feeling drained, agitated and simply overwhelmed. Join life coach Kerry Kane Miller as she discusses the power and healing aspects of empathy, and identifies the limits of empathy and the need for compassionate boundaries.
