This session is intended for the program staff that plans the program's menu, for example the cook, program administrator or the family child care provider. Participants will discuss planning a healthy balanced menu that includes current guidelines, that is enticing for children and working with a budget that supports healthy food options. Connections to the health and well-being child development standards will be discussed. Participants do not have had to take Session 1 Healthy Habits.
