Looking through a Different Lens: Creating Partnerships with Parents


Event Description

This workshop will review the development of parenting values and practices from diverse perspectives. Participants will increase awareness of their own parenting practices and beliefs and the impact that different cultural and familial values and traditions can have on the practices and beliefs of others. Additionally, participants will work to develop program strategies that will help them to engage with families in their respective programs.
