Strengthening Fiscal Management for Child Care Programs addresses basic concepts in fiscal management for child care administrators. The training is grounded in the belief that sound fiscal management is foundational to strong business practices which ultimately improve outcomes for children. This session will focus on building fiscal management skills and knowledge through budgeting, projecting revenue and costs, and identifying sources of revenue.
